For thirty-five years, the Pacific Vision Foundation has been raising funds in support of excellence in eye care treatment, education and research. The highly distinguished Ophthalmology Department that PVF supports receives no state or federal tax dollars or university support to fund its programs and therefore depends greatly on charitable donations. Annual Gifts sustain the ongoing programs of treatment, research and education that the Department maintains. You can ask that your contribution advance the study of a particular eye disease or condition. You can also make an unrestricted gift, to be used wherever the needs are the greatest. Planned Giving offers you the opportunity to make a more substantial gift to Pacific Vision Foundation to coincide with your long-term financial and estate planning. You can make a charitable gift to Pacific Vision Foundation and still keep control of your assets during your lifetime. Some of the various options available to you include a living trust, either revocable or irrevocable, a charitable remainder trust or a charitable gift annuity.
